IT WORKS BUT ITS ALL ABOUT EATING RIGHT
To sum it up for anyone who is trying to remember it all:
1. Lift legs, hold for 10 seconds.
2. Lift legs higher, lower them one at a time. Do 3 sets of ten.
3. Keep legs high, hold for 10 more seconds. Lift head to offer resistance.
4. Legs bent, crunch 50 times.
5. Crunch: 1-2-hold, 1-2-down.
6. Bicycle; opposite shoulder to opposite leg, for 1 minute.
7. Lift legs bent at a 90 degree angle, do twenty more crunches.

if you want to burn your fat yes, crunches only build muscle but you wont be able to see those muscles if you dont burn off that fat in your stomach

if you want the muscular legs,firm but,tight abs and v-lines.just run,do push ups and sit-ups

This one actually worked for me. And only in 3 days. =D
But I was already sorta flat to begin with, but I ran for 30 mins ever 3 days, then followed it with this video afterwards. Then eat small healthy foods about 6 times a day everyday.
Do this for about a 2 weeks and your guaranteed to see results.

are you doing cardio?..in order for your abs to appear you need to do some serious cardio to get rid of body fat..im doing the same stuff and its insane how my abs look so far..also eat healthy foods i try to everydy now i started drinkin like 3 cups of green tea everyday to help digest my food quicker so do this i bet anything in a month youll see difference of youre whole body from the cardio…
